Refund policy
Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at peakstore0108@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returning Your Items Once you've notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Refunds We will issue a full refund — including the standard delivery charge — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return (whichever is earlier). Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Please note: we may reduce your refund if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it (similar to how you'd examine it in a shop).
Faulty or Incorrect Items Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days if your item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are exempt from the right to cancel:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
- Digital downloads, once accessed
